I grew up in a Real Estate family - we bought & remodeled homes and managed our rental properties. I learned to look at homes and see their highest potential. I also learned to remodel and stage homes helping to put each home's 'best foot forward' while sticking to a budget. After Appraising homes in the Twin Cities for 3 years, I became a Realtor in 2004. Today I use my Investment and Appraisal background to help Sellers prepare their homes to put their best foot forward and I price their homes to sell - even in volatile markets. I also help Buyers find the home of their dreams and then use my appraisal background to help them buy at the best price possible. I am a Realtor who knows how to read the current market, knows how to prepare a home for sale, and is ready to work hard.
