I help people file trademark applications on a flat fee basis for logos, names, and mottos. I offer personalized service to entrepreneurs who don't want to hire the big firms, but also want something more than a quick filing with no additional guidance. I personally walk my clients through the process, from beginning to end, and everything in between. I perform comprehensive trademark clearance searches and counsel clients on prosecution, brand strategy, and enforcement. Enforcement includes sending and responding to cease and desist letters. I prepare and files trademark applications and responses to Office Actions from the USPTO. I also assist creditors with enforcing their rights in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, including, filing Motions for Relief from Stay, filing Proofs of Claim, filing Objections to Confirmation of Chapter 13 Plans, responding to Objections to Claim, and more. I have experience in complex litigation involving multiple businesses, so he knows the value of good mediation and instills those values as a mediator. I have completed a 16-hour course in mediation at Community Mediation Services of Central Ohio. I serve as a mediator for the Delaware County Municipal Court and am on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio mediator list.
